Will you send an order overseas?
Natural Paws is happy to send orders Worldwide so please ask for a quote on the Postage Rate to your Country.
What payment options do I have?
Credit Cards accepted are VISA and Mastercard.
Cheques or Postal Orders can be mailed to 209 Cormorant Court, Southern River, WA 6110
Direct Bank Deposits can be made to Natural Paws nominated Account. Bank details will be provided after checkout.
If I pay online by credit card will my card details be safe?
Natural Paws uses SSL certificates (Secure Sockets Layer) a protocol developed by Netscape for transmitting private documents via the Internet. SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that is transferred over the SSL connection such as credit card numbers. Natural Paws uses 128-bit encryption with step up functionality for older browsers, which is the highest possible level of encryption available. Natural Paws is hosted by Webfirm who use certificates issued by Thawte, the world’s largest and most respected digital certificate authority.
What are the Postage Rates?
Rates are calculated at checkout and you will be able to view the Postage Rate prior to finalising your order.
Postage Rates @ April 2007 for Australian customers follows:-

- 3kg $8.80*
- 5kg $22.00*
- 10kg $35.00*
- 15kg $45.00*
- 20kg $60.00*

Please note International Rates are extra and will be quoted by email after checkout
Please note that any 'Pickup Only' items such as fresh meat will show a postage rate automatically at checkout which should be ignored.
Do you provide my personal information to any third parties?
Any personal information provided to Natural Paws is kept private and confidential. Natural Paws does not provide your information to any third parties.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
If your order is in stock then it will be dispatched within 48hrs of confirmed payment. Please email or telephone if you wish to find out whether an item is currently in stock. If any part of your order is out of stock Natural Paws will advise you and seek your further instructions.
If I want my order fast can I request an Express Delivery service?
Yes please contact Natural Paws for a quote on Express Delivery.
Will my order be insured?
Your order will be insured if you request this at checkout and insurance will be charged at cost.
Who will deliver my order?
Natural Paws uses Australia Post and Fastaway Couriers.
Will I get a Tax Invoice?
A Tax Invoice will be enclosed with your order.
What do I do if I want to change my order?
Please contact us asap and provided your order has not already been dispatched we will endeavour to change your order for you.
What if I’m not happy with a product?
Please contact us to let us know why you are not happy with a product. If the product is faulty we will ask you to return the item for a credit or replacement. If you decide you no longer want a product then it can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and it is returned within 7 days. Please note we can not credit freight/insurance charges.
