Individual care & attention

Upon making a booking with Natural Paws a detailed ‘Admission Form’ is completed so we learn about your dogs personal needs and requirements including your instructions on such things as socialising, diet and medications. Each guest is given individual care and attention during their stay with companionship and affection being top of the agenda. Homeopathic remedies and bach flower drops are available for sensitive pets to help with settling in. We also have a Vet on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for complete peace of mind.

Exercise and Playtime

It's certainly a 'dog's life' at Natural Paws Pet Retreat! Your dog will love the large grass playgrounds offering all day exercise and socialisation providing mental and physical stimulation. By night time guests happily retire to their kennel run where room service with a yummy evening meal awaits them. Don't worry every dog is assessed on size, temperament and activity level to ensure they mix in small groups with like minded companions. If your dog is very timid or not socially inclined they will still get heaps of playground time of their own.

Spacious Accommodation

Your dog will enjoy nearly eight square metres of spacious accommodation with a private retreat for bed time. Your dog's accommodation has good natural light and plenty of fresh air. There is permanent access to a covered, all weather run, fully protected from the elements. This allows your dog plenty of room to move, stretch and relax whilst watching the neighbours.

Chemical Free Environment

Your dog's accommodation is kept hygienic with natural cleansers and high pressure steam cleaning which sanitizes, deodorizes and kills bacteria in areas that other cleaning methods cannot reach. This ensures your dog does not inhale any hazardous fumes from chemicals and won't receive any irritation to skin and paws from harmful chemical residues.

Natural nutrition & treats

Upon booking, you’ll be asked if your dog has any special dietary requirements that need to be followed, otherwise we feed a healthy, varied diet of natural foods that your dog will love. The menu offers choice of fresh raw meats such as kangaroo, beef and lamb mixed with Vet's All Natural 'Complete Mix' and there are always raw meaty bones on offer which are great for massaging the gums and cleaning teeth. Your dog will receive fresh rainwater or chilled filtered drinking water in summer. Treats are always natural and wholesome.

Grooming

Natural Paws offers professional grooming without unnecessary exposure to chemicals. We use only natural cleansers and shampoos to keep your dog smelling fresh and their coat clean. Grooming services include clipping, hydrobaths and de-shedding. If your dog sheds coat constantly then our professional grooming tool the ‘Furminator’ works wonders by taking out all the dead hair and fluff without damaging the coat. You’ll notice the difference in the home as it prevents shedding up to 90%.

Daycare

If your dog needs social interaction whilst you’re at work to relieve boredom then daycare is the answer. All day exercise in large grass playgrounds plus human and doggy companionship. The difference owners see in their dogs really helps in everyday home life.

Spacious Accommodation

Your cat will enjoy spacious indoor accommodation complete with play furniture (ladders, hidey holes, tunnels) elevated shelving, comfy bedding, scratching posts and litter box. During the day your cat can bask in the sun on a lamb fleeced shelf or sit and watch the birds.

Your cat will love the massage received from the Zoom Groom, which will ensure your cat's coat remains in tip top condition during their stay. We also have a Vet on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for complete peace of mind.

The cat litter we use is 100% feline friendly and made from organic wheat grain. It has no additives, chemicals or perfumes and does not cause respiratory disease or health problems.

Inspections Welcome

If you would like to view Natural Paws Pet Retreat and discuss your pets requirements prior to boarding we'd love to meet with you. Appointments are necessary and preferred between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Please telephone to arrange a convenient time.

Pickup and Drop off available

If you would like to have your pet collected and returned we offer this service within Metropolitan Perth at $35 per trip - South of the River, $45 - North of the River.
